About Dublin Business School

Established in 1975, Dublin Business School (DBS) is Ireland's largest independent third level college. With over 9,000 students, DBS provides a comprehensive range of Full-time Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Evening Degree, Evening Diploma, Professional Accountancy and Executive Education programmes.

The Retail Management Degree Programme is accredited at Level 7 on the National Qualifications Framework by the Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC).

Student Support Services
As students are the primary focus of the college it is only appropriate that they should have their own department. The Student Services department caters exclusively for students needs. One of the department’s main roles is the facilitation of personal and academic development.

DBS take a holistic view to college life. Academia should be integrated with a stimulating social scene. The work/life balance is something that is regarded as important. A variety of support is offered - from personal advice to organising sports teams, but the emphasis is ultimately on empowering the student and facilitating development.

A mere two minute walk from St. Stephens Green, Luas and all main bus routes, DBS is truly in the heart of Dublin City. Our educational sites in the prime of the city centre locations of Aungier Street and South Great Georges Street are all within a few minutes walking distance of each other and provide students with access to all of the infrastructure capabilities of a vibrant modern capital city.
